    Quiz questions often did not relate to material covered in preceding topic content. Instructor voice has a fast and monotonous lilt, with little time or deliberation given to pause on defining points. Acronyms often thrown in without explanation or context. Many diagrams are convoluted and unhelpful since they are so busy that you can't even follow where the speaker is referring to in the process.

    Essentially just someone reading off of slides, though I can't think of a better way to teach this material that doesn't really lend itself to any hands-on sort of learning. I would definitely only recommend paying for this course when it is on sale...

    The slides are provided only for information sharing, rather than presenting it. The presentation slides are poorly designed and the lecturer only reads some text, rather than telling, and in some cases she reads poorly such that the sentence loses its meaning. The speech of the person is fast, and the option of lowering the speed to 0.5x is useless.

    I passed in Feb '15 using this course and a couple of books. The lectures added most to my knowledge and understanding needed to pass the exam. I got over 90%.

    This reviewing mechanism is entirely unfair. Part of the painful portion relates understandably to the material. ITIL will certainly win awards as the most jargon rich and soul debilitating certifications among those forming the foundation cornerstones of a career in IT. Some of those shaved points for boredom are attributable to that fact. Still the presentation here could have been a little brighter, a little more cheery and filled with a few more relatable examples. I have gone through the Foundations textbook and at least 2 other modules where I did not feel so talked down as this one. The bright moments were the section quizzes which are severely lacking in other courseware. That makes this one shine at a fair 3.5 above what the rating scheme allows me to assign.
